Ithaca announced the appointment of Mr. Mike Travis as Chief Production Officer. Mr. Travis is anticipated to commence employment as an officer of the Company at the beginning of 2012.

Mike Travis (aged 51) has over 28 years of diverse offshore and onshore experience in the oil industry which has been acquired in the North Sea and other challenging international locations. He has held key leadership positions throughout his career in all aspects of Production and Development projects including asset management, drilling and operations. Mr. Travis has previously been employed by BP, LASMO, Venture Production and more recently by Premier Oil. He has a strong track record of generating outstanding team performance and delivering results, throughout his career.

McDermott International, Inc. announced today that John T. ("Jack") McCormack has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of McDermott International, Inc. effective June 30, 2011.

"Jack has been instrumental in leading our Asia Pacific and Middle East operations to exceptional performance," said Stephen M. Johnson, McDermott's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Jack has been with McDermott since 2003 and has extensive experience in the capture and execution of major engineering and construction projects. His performance and background make him uniquely qualified for this position."

McCormack will succeed McDermott's current Chief Operating Officer John T. Nesser who previously indicated his intention to retire from McDermott in 2011.

"John Nesser's service to McDermott's employees, customers and shareholders has been nothing less than extraordinary. In John's nearly 13 years of service he has led both the Legal & Administrative functions as well as served as our Chief Operating Officer. He has created significant value for shareholders in each. Total to Start Gas Production Project in China

PARIS (Dow Jones Newswires), March 23, 2011

Total with partner PetroChina will start a non-conventional gas production project in China, La Tribune newspaper reported, citing the French company's Chief Executive Officer Christophe de Margerie.

PetroChina will own 51% of the operation, located in Interior Mongolia, the newspaper said.

The project will require $2 billion in investment and is expected to start production in 2012 or 2013. Output will plateau at 50,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day, La Tribune said. The reserves are estimated at 440 million barrels of oil equivalent.

Total also plans to open a second oil refinery in China, the newspaper said.

Separately, the French company's CEO said Total won the rights to operate a field in Uganda.
No officials at Total were immediately available for comment.

Foster Wheeler Clinches Detail Design Contract in GOM

Foster Wheeler's Global Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded a detail design contract by Enbridge Offshore for the deepwater Walker Ridge Gathering System (WRGS) export gas pipelines and the deepwater Big Foot (BGF) export oil pipeline located in the Walker Ridge (WR) area of the Gulf of Mexico.

The contract value, which was not disclosed, will be included in the company's first-quarter 2011 bookings. Foster Wheeler's work on the design contract is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2011.

"We are delighted that Enbridge Offshore Facilities, LLC has selected Foster Wheeler Upstream's Houston-based team for this project and we look forward to delivering a high quality service which fully satisfies our client," said Clive Vaughan, chief executive officer, Foster Wheeler Upstream. "We have performed the detail design of essentially all of the deepwater pipelines in the Gulf of Mexico. Upstream remains a top growth priority for Foster Wheeler, and the award of the three deepwater gas and oil pipelines contained in this WRGS and BGF project confirms our strategy and commitment to the upstream oil and gas market sector."
