Kosmos announced that Brad Whitmarsh has joined the Company as Vice President of Investor Relations. Whitmarsh reports to W. Greg Dunlevy, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

"We are excited to have Brad join our growing Kosmos team. His knowledge of the oil and gas industry, along with his proven success in establishing key relationships with the investment community, will be extremely beneficial as we build our investor relations program," said Dunlevy.

Prior to joining Kosmos, Whitmarsh was Manager of Investor Relations at Noble Energy, Inc. He also worked in multiple roles in Noble Energy's internal audit department. Whitmarsh earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Texas.

Pacific Rubiales announced the appointment of Christopher (Chris) J. LeGallais as the Company's Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, effective September 2, 2011. In this position he will report to both the Chief Executive Officer and the President of the Company.

Chris LeGallais is a highly experienced and respected oil and gas executive with a diverse technical and business background. During the past 13 years, he has held various increasingly senior positions at Talisman Energy Inc. as it grew into Canada's preeminent global O&G Independent. Since 2004, Chris has headed up the Investor Relations Group, building the capacity of the team and function, which is recognized as one of the best in the industry. Prior to Talisman, Chris worked in various senior executive, business development, and geotechnical positions at a number of successful Canadian and international junior and senior energy exploration companies. Chris holds a Master's Degree in Geology from McGill University.

Ronald Pantin, Chief Executive Officer, stated "We are pleased to secure someone of Chris' stature and experience as our investor relations executive. This is a new executive position and represents an important step in the Company's initiative to develop a fully integrated in-house investor relations function. His mandate will be to align external messaging with the operational and technical strengths of the Company, maintaining full disclosure transparency and ensuring a complete understanding of the Company's assets, operations and business attributes within the financial markets."

Baker Hughes announced that Adam B. Anderson will be appointed Baker Hughes' vice president, investor relations effective July 1, 2011. In this position, he will be located in Houston and will report to Peter A. Ragauss, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Adam will succeed Gary R. Flaharty, who will assume a senior role in Baker Hughes' supply chain organization effective August 1, 2011.

Chad Deaton, chairman and chief executive officer of Baker Hughes said, "Gary has been instrumental in helping Baker Hughes communicate our message and strategy to the Street during his tenure in investor relations and we look forward to his continued success at Baker Hughes.

Adam brings a broad understanding of International and North America operations, sales and marketing to his new position. His knowledge and experience will be helpful in enabling us to communicate Baker Hughes' strategic plans and operational results to our investment community."

Biographical Information

Adam B. Anderson, 35, has most recently been the vice president of completion systems for Baker Hughes in the US Land geomarket. Prior to this role, he held a variety of marketing and operations management positions for Baker Hughes in the Gulf of Mexico, the Middle East and the Product Development Center. Mr. Anderson began his career with PES/WellDynamics and served in a variety of engineering and sales positions. He earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Noble announced that Jeffrey L. Chastain has been named Vice President, Investor Relations effective July 5, 2011. In this capacity, Chastain will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with the global investment community.

"With his substantial experience and extensive knowledge of our industry, Jeff is well prepared to be an important contributor in this key role," said David W. Williams, Chairman, President and Chief Executive. "We are delighted to have Jeff as part of the Noble team."

Prior to joining Noble, Chastain had most recently served as Vice President, Investor Relations for Pride International. He holds Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of North Texas and is a past president of the Houston Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
