Wentworth Resources Ltd.

Wentworth announced that Richard (Rick) Schmitt, Chief Executive Officer, has made a decision to resign due to unforeseen personal circumstances. Rick will remain with Wentworth as a Non-Executive Director and in that role will continue to provide his valued expertise. Following his resignation, Geoff Bury will become Managing Director reporting to Bob McBean as Executive Chairman.

Bob McBean, Wentworth Executive Chairman commented, "We are very grateful for Rick's contribution to Wentworth and respect and support his decision to take a reduced role."

NZOG (New Zealand Oil & Gas Ltd) advised that Chief Executive and Managing Director David Salisbury has given six months notice of his resignation.

David Salisbury joined NZOG in April 2007. He is resigning for personal reasons and his last day with the company will be December 29, 2011.

NZOG Chairman Tony Radford said, "the Board is disappointed to be losing someone of David's caliber. David has made a tremendous contribution during a period of growth for our business that has included many significant challenges.

"David has brought great enthusiasm, rigor, discipline and insight to our business strategy. I know he is keen to conclude a number of important initiatives over the coming months."

Tony Radford said the six month notice period provides time to ensure a smooth transition and a process will commence shortly to recruit a replacement Chief Executive.

Caza reported that John Rooney, non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company of his intention not to stand for re-election and to resign from the Board. His resignation will be effective as of July 12, 2011. The Board of Directors of Caza Oil & Gas has nominated David McManus to stand for election as a non-executive director of the Company. Subject to shareholder approval, David McManus' election will become effective at the Company's annual general meeting currently scheduled for July 12, 2011.

David McManus, aged 57, is a petroleum engineer with over 35 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. In this time, he has worked for companies including Shell, Ultramar, ARCO and BG group. He has extensive Project Management and commercial expertise at a high level, and is currently a Director of Cape plc, Pioneer Natural Resources UK and Rockhopper Exploration plc. David has a first class honours degree in Civil Engineering from Heriot Watt University.

Fred Olsen Production informed that Mårten Lunde will resign as CEO of the Company on July 31, 2011.

The Board has decided to appoint CFO Jørn Røkaas as acting CEO as from August 1.

The Board regrets Lunde's decision to leave the company and will thank him for his contribution to the development of Fred. Olsen Production.

Cano Petroleum announced that Michael J. Ricketts informed Cano of his decision to resign from his positions as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cano and from all other positions he holds with Cano or any of its subsidiaries, effective as of the close of business on June 20, 2011. Mr. Ricketts is resigning to accept a position at another company. The Board of Directors of Cano believes that it is in the final stages of its search for a Chief Financial Officer to succeed Mr. Ricketts and expects to announce a successor in the near future.

Europa O&G announced that after 16 years with the Company, Paul Barrett has signaled his intention to resign as Managing Director of Europa in order to pursue other interests. Paul intends to remain with the Company during his 12 month notice period in order to effect an orderly handover.

Paul will continue to oversee the planned exploration, appraisal and development work program on the Company's assets in the UK, Romania and France as discussed in the Company's interim results statement announced on April 20.

Bill Adamson, Chairman said "Paul is a co-founder of Europa and has been instrumental in developing the Group and its assets to the current position. I'm grateful to him for his early notification, enabling the Company to carry out sensible succession planning. A search for a Chief Executive Officer will commence immediately and the Board looks forward to moving the Company to the next stage in its development as a maturing pan-European E&P business."
