ATP Brings Mirage Well Online in GOM

- ATP Brings Mirage Well Online in GOM

Wednesday, August 24, 2011
ATP O&G Corp.

ATP announced first oil production at its Mississippi Canyon (MC) Block 941 A-2 (#4) well in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. The MC Block 941 A-2 well is located on the Mirage Field and is the third well brought on production at the Telemark Hub location utilizing the ATP Titan floating drilling and production platform. The well delivered on ATP's original expectations with an initial rate exceeding 7,000 Boe per day. When drilled, the A-2 well encountered four Miocene sands that are approximately 500 feet structurally higher than the same sands in the MC 941 A-1 well. The A-2 well is completed at a measured depth of 17,600 feet in the C and D sands. All permits to immediately begin drilling the fourth well, MC 942 #2, have been approved with production projected later this year. Company-wide production now exceeds 31,000 Boe per day.

"Bringing the third Telemark Hub well to first production again demonstrates ATP's technical expertise and safe operations in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico," said T. Paul Bulmahn, ATP Chairman and CEO. "We have finally realized the planned material production revenue of this well that has been much anticipated for 16 months. This well was already drilled to 12,000 feet and cased prior to the Macondo spill and became subject to the moratorium. The greater-than-a-billion-dollar investment at Telemark reflects ATP's continuing commitment to develop America's energy resources."

ATP operates the deepwater Telemark Hub in approximately 4,000 feet of water with a 100% working interest and holds a 100% ownership in ATP Titan LLC which owns the ATP Titan and associated pipelines and infrastructure.

- Doxa Brings Tx. Well Online

Tuesday, July 19, 2011

Doxa announced the successful completion and commencement of production from its Martin-State Gas Unit No. 1 well, a high rate, Wilcox formation gas condensate well in McMullen County, Texas. The Company expects that production from this well will add substantially to its monthly net cash flow, and will achieve payout within one year.

This is the Company's first of 2-3 wells planned on its 623 gross acre County Line Prospect, in which Doxa owns a 14.0625% working interest and a respective 10.4867% net revenue interest. Hurd Enterprises, Ltd. of San Antonio, Texas, is the designated Operator of this prospect.

After drilling the well to a total depth of 11,800', the well was initially completed in the lowermost pay interval from 10,466-10,482'. During the 4-point production test, the well flowed naturally at the high rate of 4,297 MCFPD and 101 BCPD on a 12/64" choke with 5,945 psi tubing pressure. The well was placed on-line last month flowing at a restricted rate of approximately 3,200 MCFPD, 60 BCPD and 5 BWPD. As stated, additional wells are expected to be drilled on the project, and Doxa will maintain its 14.0625% working interest in any such subsequent operations or wells.

"The success of the Martin State No. 1 is meaningful not only for the immediate impact on our sales and profitability but also for the increased potential in the balance of our County Line Prospect along with our other Wilcox prospect holdings," stated John D. Harvison, President and CEO of Doxa. In addition, he stated, "The performance of this well validates our team's analysis of this area for prolific Wilcox hydrocarbon potential."

EGPI Firecreek's Tx. Well Online

- EGPI Firecreek's Tx. Well Online

Thursday, June 09, 2011
EGPI Firecreek Inc.

EGPI Firecreek announced additional progress for its two well workover programs in its recently acquired oil and gas interests in the Tubb Leasehold Estate located in the AMOCO/CRAWAR Field in Ward County, TX.

The Company previously reported completing its workover program on the Crawar (Highland) #1, successfully perforating 200 feet in the Glorietta zone at approximately 3,700 to 3,900 ft. The well has now entered production of oil & gas and is now online. Additionally, the Company has completed its work program for the second well of the work program, the Tubb 18-1 well located on the North 40 acres.

As previously reported, work has been performed in the 18-1 perforated select segments of both the Upper Clearfork zone at approximately 4,100 to 4,200 ft. and the Tubb zone at 4,517 to 4,600 ft. As of today, the 18-1 well cleanup has been completed and Success Oil Co., Inc., the Company' operator, has confirmed the well is ready to go online for production shortly after pump jack balancing.

The Company further announced that they have entered into discussions and have initiated project evaluations, for the proposed development of the Jackson X-1 Project with Firecreek Global, Inc.

EGPI is looking to participate in a 50% net revenue interest in the program. The proposed project is a combination of the development of existing proven formations and a possible deep wildcat into the Cambrian formation at 8,500 feet. Firecreek's GeoScience Team has noted encouraging indications of a deep structure in the Cambrian formations. This will be confirmed and defined by a seismic program focusing on the deeper formation of the 1,060 acre plus block. Global has already started a rehabilitation program on the multi-zone shallower formations which have been productive. This is a part of the old Magnolia Red Horse Field, located in Northern Callahan County, Texas, 5 mi North of Baird, TX and 25 mi NE of Abilene, TX.

Dennis Alexander, CEO and Chairman, stated, "We are very pleased with our recent progress in the Tubb Field and are excited to be seeing an increase in that fields performance. We look forward to the pursuit of other Tubb field related developments." He further stated, "The recent climate is looking extremely promising and very encouraging for us to begin increasing our growth pattern for oil and gas over the next several months."
