Breitling O&G has spud the Breitling-Big Tex #2 on July 9, 2011 in Gaines County, Texas. The Breitling-Big Tex #2 is the second of three Big Tex prospect wells to be drilled. A completion rig is moving on location to complete the Big Tex #1 after it reached total vertical depth on July 6, 2011.

Just like the Big Tex #1, the Breitling-Big Tex #2 is a 9,000-foot vertical well within the established Tex-Pac Field and is targeting Lower Clearfork Dolomite beneath 8,500 feet. Secondary objectives include the San Andres, Yates, Glorieta and Abo formations.

Breitling's 3-Well Breitling-Big Tex Prospect was developed after a 75-square-mile 3D seismic shoot was reprocessed and interpreted in 2010. The quality of the new data set after it was re-imaged using Breitling's proprietary Geo3D technology identified features that were not noticeable when the shoot first occurred. In essence, the resultant seismic lines were much more detailed and refined, therefore capturing subsurface images not previously acknowledged.

Management anticipates the first well will reach total depth in about 20 days. Well completion and testing should begin during the first week of August.

Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "We are excited to be drilling ahead of our original timelines." Faulkner added, "The Big Tex #1 looks promising and we expect the Big Tex #2 to be relatively the same as far as shows and the logs."

Breitling O&G issued an operational update on the company's recent activity related to the development of various oil and gas properties in its portfolio. Oil and Gas is working very hard to retain all of its viable Haynesville leases in this difficult pricing environment.

Through June 15, 2011 the company participated in 171 new wells, 21 operated and 150 non-operated. The company is running 4 rigs currently. Breitling Oil and Gas expects to drill an additional 112 wells in the second half of 2011. The company has two frac fleets on retainer and had an inventory of ten wells awaiting completion as of June 2011. Breitling Oil and Gas has leaseholds in Texas that are prospective for the Eagleford Shale; leaseholds in Colorado that are prospective for the Niobrara Shale; leaseholds in Oklahoma that are prospective for the Woodford Shale; and leaseholds in Louisiana that are prospective for the Haynesville and Bossier Shales. The company recently hydraulic fractured its fifth Eagleford well in Guadalupe County, Texas and will commence production operations on this well sometime in August 2011. The company is working in partnership with Sandridge Energy on three wells in Gaines County, Texas and is preparing to spud a well with Devon Energy in Hemphill County, Texas.

Breitling Oil and Gas is developing the Haynesville Shale on acreage in Louisiana, and has three gross wells waiting on completion. The company expects hydraulic fracturing capacity to be available in August 2011 and will start completion operations on this backlog at that time.

Breitling Oil and Gas is working in the Woodford Shale in Oklahoma. The company has six prospects it plans to drill during the second half of 2011. It expects production to commence from the field in early 2012.

Breitling Oil and Gas chief executive officer Chris Faulkner stated, "Breitling has done a great job shifting its focus to liquids during a very difficult gas commodity trading price this year." Faulkner added, "Breitling Oil and Gas is carrying very little debt, is involved in no litigation and lawsuits, has a perfect safety record and has positioned itself for triple-digit revenue growth for the foreseeable future."

The company continues driving innovation within its EnviroFrac™ program which the company started in January 2010. Breitling Oil and Gas' EnviroFrac™ calls for the elimination of any additive not critical to the successful completion of the well and determines if greener alternatives are available for all essential additives.

Breitling has spud the Breitling-Turner #2 in Hardeman County, Texas. The Prospect was delineated using geological and geophysical techniques and data gained from the drilling of the Breitling-Turner #1. Three lines of 2-D seismic were purchased over the Turner area, reprocessed, interpreted and integrated with existing well control.

The wells are located within a 640-acre closure mapped at the Holmes Sand and the Mississippian Chappel dolomite formations above an estimated total vertical depth of 7,600 feet. The Holmes is a high-quality sand reservoir encased in hydrocarbon-rich Barnett shale, similar to the Bakken shale in North Dakota.

"This is a planned offset to the successful Turner #1 which Breitling drilled 3 months ago," said Joe Simo, Chief Geologist for Breitling Oil and Gas.

Management anticipates the well will reach total depth in about 33 days. Well completion and testing could begin as early as the second week of August 2011.

Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "We have drilled some extremely successful wells in Hardeman County this year and look forward to completing the Breitling-Turner #2." Faulkner added, "We feel confident in our sub-surface mapping and have learned a lot about the area from the drilling of the Breitling-Turner #1."

Breitling has spud the Breitling-Sandy Run #1 prospect in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana on June 12, 2011.

The Breitling-Sandy Run #1 is a 3800' well and is targeting Miocene Sands which showed seismic amplitude anomalies on a recently acquired 3D data set.

The Sandy Run Prospect is regionally located on the Gulf Coastal Plain with structural dip predominantly in a south to southwest direction. Sandy Run is on strike with numerous Frio gas fields found to the northwest in Amite Co., Mississippi. These Frio fields were found using seismic that identified the reservoirs by a similar amplitude anomaly.

Breitling Oil and Gas expects to recover reserves of 6 to 9 BCF of natural gas.

Management anticipates the well will reach total depth in about 7 days. Well completion and testing should begin during the first week of July.

Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "I am pretty bullish on natural gas pricing over the next 18 months so it's the perfect time to drill the Breitling Sandy Run." Faulkner added, "We have great well control and 3D over the prospect and the reserves could be sizable."

An additional 3 wells can be drilled if commercial production is found in the initial test well. Breitling has current oil and gas exploration projects all over the United States.

Breitling has spud the Breitling-Stepp prospect in Hardemann County, Texas on May 28, 2011.

The Stepp NE well is scheduled to be drilled to a depth of approximately 8600' or to a depth sufficient to test the Mississippian Chappel reef. The Prospect is located 7 miles southeast of the Quanah townsite. The Mississippian-aged rock is a fractured, often vugular limestone which tends to be highly dolomitized.

Management anticipates the well will reach total depth in about 18 days. Well completion and testing should begin during the last week of June.

Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "We are excited to continue our drilling efforts in Hardeman County with the Breitling-Stepp #1." Faulkner added, "The Mississippian Chappel has produced some great wells for us in the area and we feel confident that our 3D-seismic shoot has found another interesting anomaly within our acreage position here."

Breitling announced that the Breitling-Diego Garcia #1 in Duval County, Texas is being completed as a possible oil and gas producer after reaching a total vertical depth of 6,250 feet.

The well was subsequently logged by Baker Hughes and based on analysis by Breitling's engineers and geologists as well as Baker Hughes' analysis of the Diego Garcia #1 logs. Chris Faulkner, CEO of Breitling Oil and Gas, said, "We had some good shows through the Pettus and Yegua and the well logs confirmed that."

Baker Hughes Logging Company indicated that the most favorable zones for hydrocarbon production were a Pettus Oil Sand at 5446', gas and oil in an upper Yegua Sand at 5636', and Yegua gas sands at 5703' and 5960'. Laboratory analysis of side wall cores and Formation Testing data confirmed the presence of oil and gas in these formations.

Breitling has spud the Breitling-Salsa #1 in San Patricio County, Texas as it continues to develop its Gulf Coast Onshore Initiative that began in May 2010.

The Breitling-Salsa #1 Prospect is expected to be drilled to 4800 feet to test Upper Frio-aged oil and gas sands. The drill site is near two fields that together have produced 210 million BO and 314 BCF. The prospect is targeting stacked Frio objectives in a four-way closure (anticline) updip to oil production in the Plymouth Field (125 million BO and 134 BCF). The primary objectives of the Breitling-Salsa Prospect are 3 proven productive zones in the Greta Stringer formation and 2 zones in the Greta Massive formation. The anticlinal structure is generally defined by subsurface well control with the interpretation and proposed location confirmed by integrating 3D Seismic.

Management anticipates the well will reach total depth in about 8 days. Well completion and testing on the Breitling-Salsa #1 well should begin during the third week of May 2011.

Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "You have huge surrounding production from the Frio, Miocene and Vicksburg-aged sandstone reservoirs in this area." Faulkner added, "The Breitling-Salsa has great potential to IP above 200 barrels of oil per day and show us cumulative production above 700,000 barrels."

Breitling O&G announced that the Breitling-Yardeka #1, the first well in its new Arkoma Basin gas field in McIntosh County, Oklahoma, is being completed as a possible natural gas producer after reaching a total vertical depth of 3,500 feet.

From log analysis, the well encountered several potentially productive zones over a gross interval in the Jefferson Sand from 3380 feet to 3390 feet; the Upper Gilcrease Sand from 2246 feet to 2378 feet; the Lower Gilcrease Sand from 2868 feet to 2870 feet; and the Cromwell Sand from 3227 feet to 3236 feet. Testing and completion plans were finalized April 21 and a completion rig and crew moved into location April 25. Natural gas pipeline tie-in is slated for the week of May 16.

Chris Faulkner, CEO of Breitling Oil and Gas, said, "We are excited about developing this shallow gas field." Faulkner added, "We have good serendipity even though we are only drilling to 3500 feet."

Breitling ran a density-neutron log, microlog and an induction log and decided to run pipe based in analysis by Breitling's engineers and geologists. Joe Simo, Chief Geologist for Breitling Oil and Gas, said, "We had good gas shows on the way down and from the logs we have some good-looking formations in this well and hopefully throughout the field."

Breitling has spud the Breitling-Yardeka #1 in McIntosh County, Oklahoma on the northern edge of the Arkoma Basin. The Yardeka #1 is the first well to be drilled in Breitling's newly developed gas field in the Basin. There are two major objectives within the prospect, the Jefferson Sand at 3450' and the Upper Gilcrease Sand at 2300'. Secondary objectives include the Spiro Sand at 2800', The Booch Sand at 1600' and the Bartlesville Sand at 1150'.

The initial test well will be a 3500' Jefferson Sand test. The Jefferson Sand is an excellent reservoir which is found productive on localized structural closures. Subsurface mapping on the Wapanucka Limestone indicates a possible northwest to southeast trending structural ridge over the Breitling-Yardeka prospect. Within this structural ridge there are several structural closures, three of which have produced from the Jefferson.

Management anticipates the well will reach total depth in about 4 days. Well completion and testing on the Breitling-Yardeka #1 well should begin during the third week of April 2011.
Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "We have good well control in the area and these shallow sands are productive on all sides of us." Faulkner added, "The field directly to our Southeast has produced over 6 BCF of gas."

Breitling announced that the Breitling-Magnolia #2 in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, is being completed as a possible oil and gas producer after reaching a total vertical depth of 4,500 feet.

From log analysis, the well encountered several potentially productive zones over a gross interval in the Earlsboro Sand formation from 3538 feet to 3846 feet, the Hunton Limestone from 4160 feet to 4178 feet, and the Upper Hunton from 4130 feet to 4146 feet. Testing and completion plans were finalized April 2 and a completion rig and crew are scheduled to move on location April 12, 2011.

Chris Faulkner, CEO of Breitling, said, "As predicted after our findings in the Magnolia #1, the Magnolia #2 encountered multiple potential pay zones and looks to be a good well." Faulkner added, "The Magnolia play has proven very successful and we are thrilled with the outcome."

Breitling ran a triple combo log and decided to run pipe based on analysis by Breitling's engineers and geologists as well as Halliburton's analysis of the Magnolia #2 logs. Joe Simo, Chief Geologist for Breitling, said, "The limestone showed good visual porosity, fracturing, oil staining and bright blue fluorescence with very strong odor."

Breitling has spud the Breitling-Magnolia #2, the second of two wells in its Breitling-Magnolia prospect in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. The first well, the Magnolia #1, encountered multiple potential pay zones on its way down to its 4,500 feet. The primary objectives of the Magnolia #2 are the Wilcox Sand at 4500', the Simpson Sands at 4400' and the Hunton at 4175'. A secondary objective includes the Earlsboro Sand at 3625'.

The proposed Magnolia #2 well is located within a 240-acre closure mapped at the Simpson and Wilcox Sands and the Hunton Sand at above an estimated total vertical depth of 4,500 feet.

"If this Magnolia #2 trends like the Magnolia #1 we will have another great well here," said Joe Simo, Chief Geologist for Breitling Oil and Gas.

Management anticipates the well will reach total depth in about 7 days. Well completion and testing on the Magnolia #2 well should begin during the first week of April 2011.

Breitling Oil and Gas CEO Chris Faulkner stated, "Most of the geology on Magnolia #2 mimics what we anticipated and now have confirmed after drilling and logging the Magnolia #1." Faulkner added, "Based on the very positive logs on the Magnolia #1 we expect Magnolia #2 to be a producer as well."
