Texon has advised that the second Eagle Ford well in which Global has an interest (Tyler Ranch EFS #2H) has tested oil and gas at the rates of 1,488 bopd and 700 mcfgpd (combined 1,605 boepd) through a 16/64" choke at a flowing tubing pressure of 3,000 psi.

The well is located just to the north of the first Eagle Ford well (Tyler Ranch EFS #1H) which had an initial test rate of 1,200 bopd through the same sized choke. Tyler Ranch EFS #2H also has a higher flowing pressure than the first Eagle Ford well. The second Eagle Ford well has been connected for oil and gas production through the EFS #1H production facilities.

Global has a 7.939% working interest (5.95% NRI) in approximately 1,651 acres beneath the Olmos formation including the Eagle Ford Shale. Global's interest in the Leighton prospect also includes a 15% working interest in approximately 873 acres from the surface down to the stratigraphic equivalent of the Olmos formation.

Texon has advised that the latest Eagle Ford well, Tyler Ranch EFS #2H, has reached its total depth of 15,767 feet after successfully drilling 4,500' of horizontal well in the Eagle Ford reservoir. This is the second well targeting the Eagle Ford reservoir in which Global has a 7.939% working interest (5.95% net revenue interest).

Oil and gas shows recorded throughout the 4,500' are in line with the oil and gas shows in the nearby first Eagle Ford well, Tyler Ranch EFS #1H, which had an initial test rate of 1,267 boepd in December last year and has been in production since that time.

Tyler Ranch EFS #2 has been cased and suspended for fracking, testing and production. This work is scheduled for mid August with first oil and gas production forecast for early September.

Global has a 7.939% working interest in approximately 1,651 acres beneath the Olmos formation including the Eagle Ford Shale. Global's interest in the Leighton prospect also includes a 15% working interest in approximately 873 acres from the surface down to the stratigraphic equivalent of the Olmos formation. Global has an interest in 8 producing Olmos wells, with a ninth well due to commence production following fracture stimulation in August.

Texon Petroleum has advised that the latest Leighton Olmos vertical production well, Peeler #3, has reached its total vertical depth of 2,774 meters (9,100 feet). This is the ninth well targeting the Olmos reservoir in which Global has a 15% working interest (11.25% net revenue interest).

Peeler #3 is the northern most well drilled to date in the Leighton field. The targeted Olmos sand in Peeler #3 has reservoir characteristics similar to the other Olmos production wells.

Production casing has been installed in the well in preparation for fracture stimulation in August. The well will then be connected for oil and gas production.

The closest three Olmos production wells, Peelers #1 and #2 and Tyler Ranch #5 tested at initial rates of 170-445 boepd, including 80% oil, although as production progresses the proportion of gas increases.

Texon has advised that the latest Leighton Olmos vertical production well, Peeler #3, commenced drilling on June 15, 2011. This is the ninth well targeting the Olmos reservoir in which Global has a 15% working interest (11.25% net revenue interest).

The well has a planned total depth of 2,743 meters (9,000 feet) and will take some 15 days to drill and run production casing. Fracture stimulation and testing of the well are scheduled for August.

Global has a 15% working interest in approximately 873 acres from the surface down to the stratigraphic equivalent of the Olmos formation. Global currently has an interest in 8 producing Olmos wells. Global also has a 7.939% working interest in approximately 1,651 acres beneath the Olmos formation including the Eagle Ford Shale. Global currently has an interest in 1 producing Eagle Ford well and one Eagle Ford well that commenced drilling on June 12, 2011.

Texon has advised that Tyler Ranch EFS #2H commenced drilling on June 12, 2011. This is the second Eagle Ford well in which Global Petroleum Limited ("Global") has an interest.

Tyler Ranch EFS #2H is located immediately north of the first Eagle Ford well ("Tyler Ranch EFS #1H") which had an initial production rate of 1,200 bopd. The well will have a 4,500 feet horizontal section similar to Tyler Ranch EFS #1H, and it is expected that drilling and casing operations will take 35 days. Fracture stimulation and testing of the well are scheduled for August.

Global has a 7.939% working interest (5.95% NRI) in Tyler Ranch EFS #1H and Tyler Ranch EFS #2H.

Texon has secured a rig for Tyler Ranch EFS #2H, the second Eagle Ford horizontal well in which Global Petroleum Limited ("Global") has an interest.

Tyler Ranch EFS #2H is located immediately north of the first Eagle Ford well ("Tyler Ranch EFS #1H"). The first Eagle Ford well had an initial production rate of 1,200 bopd and has produced 51,719 bo and 66.9 mmcfg or 62,866 boe in the past 120 days. Tyler Ranch EFS #2H is expected to begin drilling in mid May and take 30 days to drill.

Global has a 7.939% working interest (5.95% NRI) in Tyler Ranch EFS #1H and Tyler Ranch EFS #2H. A successful Eagle Ford well will be able to use the tanks and other production facilities already in place for the first Eagle Ford well.

The fraccing and testing for Tyler Ranch EFS #2H is scheduled for August.

Texon has advised that that the eighth Leighton Olmos well in which Global has an interest, Peeler #2, has begun to flow oil and gas at the gross rate of 252 boepd from the Olmos reservoir (comprising 192 bopd and 360 mcf of gas per day).

Texon advise that Peeler #2 will be connected to oil tanks and a gas sales pipeline in the next two weeks.

Global has a 15% working interest (11.25% net revenue interest) in the well.
